Of course, you can catch not only sharks, but also giant rays, among other things. Our guides will show you everything, help you land the fish, and help you set up the fish during photography, guaranteeing maximum safety for the angler.
Locations: Umhlanga Rock, Beachwood, Eastmoor, La Mercy
Duration: 6-7 hours / day
Maximum participants: 4-8 people
(In case of a larger group, it is necessary to consult at least one month in advance!)
2. Night shark fishing
This is a serious challenge, tiring and really trying. But it is an experience not to be missed.
Locations : Umhlanga Rock, Beachwood, Eastmoor, La Mercy
Duration: 4-6 hours / day
Maximum participants: 4-8 people
(In case of a larger group, it is necessary to consult at least one month in advance!)
3. Deep sea fishing in the open ocean
(several types of fish can be caught)
We head out to sea with an 8-person boat, we try several reefs. In this type of fishing, anglers can be really surprised, from small fish to giant fish weighing hundreds of kilos, you can stumble upon anything, it’s just a matter of luck.
Location: Durban Harbour
Duration: 5-6 hours
Maximum participants: 4-8 people
(In case of a larger group, it is necessary to consult at least one month in advance!)
4. shark diving in a cage in the open ocean
(If you have an exam, you can swim with the sharks outside the cage, with experienced diving guides.)
We run this program through a partner company, they are specialists in shark diving. They have been practicing this in a family business for years, with hundreds of satisfied clients behind them.
The program starts in the morning from the port, where the specially prepared boats are waiting to take us out to the place where they regularly feed, where there are always sharks waiting to be fed at the same time every day. It is not uncommon for 15-20 sharks to swim around the cage, some of which are over 4 meters long. Well, it’s a real adrenaline bomb and if that’s not enough, anyone who has a diver’s exam can swim with the sharks outside the cage, of course with 3 dive guides who know these sharks because they meet and swim among them every day. We are also there, helping and interpreting throughout.
Location: Durban Harbour
Duration: 3-4 hours
Maximum participants: 4-8 people
(In case of a larger group, it is necessary to consult at least one month in advance!)
